Like the title says , the anime's
name is "Another".I learned this from animeseason.com
on the list of ongoing anime series on the left.
It's a mixture of horror and mystery.
It also has bloody parts though O.O.
NO "Ecchi" parts, so I'm so relieved XD.
You should watch it Lol, most especially if
you're addicted to Mysterious and Horrific anime.

Twenty-six years ago, in a third-year classroom of a middle school, there was a
student named Misaki. As an honors student who was also good at sports, the charming girl
was popular with her classmates. When she suddenly died, her classmates
decided to carry on as if she was still alive until graduation. Then, in the spring of
1998, a boy named Sakakibara Kouichi transfers to that classroom, and he grows suspicious
of the fearful atmosphere in that classroom. In particular, there is a beautiful, aloof
girl named Mei Misaki who wears an eyepatch and is always alone drawing pictures.

Kouichi Sakakibara (榊原恒一 Sakakibara Kōichi)

A 15 year-old boy who transferred to Yomiyama North

school year. He stays with his grandparents and his aunt
while his father conducts research in India. He befriends Mei
Misaki despite warnings against doing so and works with his
classmates to uncover the truth behind the phenomenon that
affects Class 3-3.
Mei Misaki (見崎鳴 Misaki Mei )
Voiced by: Natsumi Takamori
3-3 Classmate. She is recognizable because of
the eyepatch that covers her left eye. She eventually
reveals that it is a puppet's eye crafted by her adoptive
mother. At the start of the novel, she is completely ignored
by her classmates and sits in a scratched desk that looks
older than that of the other students. Kouichi first meets her
on the elevator of Yumigaoka Hospital.

Title: Rough Sketch
"Sobyō" (素描)
Airdate: January 10, 2012
Because of his father's work, Kōichi Sakakibara moves with his grandparents to Yomiyama to live with his aunt Reiko. Due to a pneumothorax, he spends his first month there hospitalized, thus missing his first day of school. Three students from his class visit him, but they act strange and ask him lots of personal questions. In the hospital's elevator, Kōichi meets a girl with an eyepatch, who introduces herself as Mei Misaki. When Kōichi recovers, he goes to school, and everyone is friendly with him. When he asks Yukari where Mei is, she gives him a shocked reaction, pretending not to know who he is talking about. During his conversation with Mei on the roof, she tells him not to get too close to her, saying that their class is much "more closer to death" than other classes. On his way home, he sees Mei looking up at the sky while it is raining

While Kōichi is talking with two of his classmates, one, Naoya Teshigawara, lets slip that Class 3-3 is cursed. Before Naoya can explain himself, Kōichi spies Mei in the library annex and joins her. He asks about her eyepatch but she refuses to tell him anything about it. The librarian, Mr. Chibiki, arrives and tells Kōichi to leave. Later, troubled by his interactions with Mei, Kōichi goes to the hospital and asks a nurse he met during his stay there, Sanae Mizuno, about a girl who may have died on the night of his discharge. Although she doesn't know much about it at first, she later calls him back to say that a junior high school student did indeed die that night and that her name was something like Misaki or Masaki. Kōichi, who was standing in front of a mysterious puppet museum when he got the call, debating whether or not to go inside, is shocked by the revelation and resolves to enter. There, he meets Mei, who decides to show him what is under her eyepatch.
